As a Sales Director at Snow Village, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and overseeing business development efforts in the region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our market presence in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and business development within the Air conditioning/refrigeration industry. Additionally, you must possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage our sales team and ensure high performance levels.

Key responsibilities for this role include identifying new business opportunities in key regional markets, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, as well as collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. You will also be required to prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior management while acting as the key representative for Snow Village in the region.

The desired candidate should have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (Chinese is a plus), a deep understanding of the local market dynamics within the commercial refrigeration industry, and a results-driven approach to achieving objectives.
