Our client, a leading company in Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking a General Manager to oversee Quality Assurance and Control across all operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Continuous improvement initiatives will be key to enhancing operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction within our organization.
Key responsibilities for this role include developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. The General Manager will also be tasked with maintaining certifications such as ISO 9001 and ISO 17025, conducting regular quality audits and inspections, leading root cause analysis activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.
In addition to these duties, the successful candidate will provide leadership and mentorship to the Quality Team, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. Establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance and reporting on quality metrics to senior management will also be essential aspects of this role.
