Quantum Talent Group is representing a multinational technology company in Saudi Arabia that is seeking a Sales Director to drive the expansion of their IOT solution portfolio within the Smart City, Transportation, Entertainment, and Hospitality sectors.

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and mentoring a high-performing sales team dedicated to smart city solutions. You will establish clear sales targets aligned with organizational objectives and oversee sales performance to surpass revenue expectations. Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy targeting smart city projects in transportation, entertainment, and hospitality will also fall under your purview.

To excel in this role, you must have over 10 years of experience in sales or business development, including at least 5 years in a leadership position within the smart city, transportation, entertainment, or hospitality industries. A proven track record of success in complex B2B environments related to technology, smart infrastructure, IoT, and urban solutions is essential. Experience working with government agencies, municipalities, and large enterprise clients in these sectors would be advantageous.

Furthermore, you should possess a deep understanding of the smart city ecosystem encompassing transportation solutions (e.g., smart mobility), entertainment (e.g., digital services), and hospitality technology (e.g., AI-driven guest services). Being a native Arabic speaker is crucial for effective communication. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce and sales analytics tools is also required to excel in this role.
