We are looking for an outstanding Chief Concierge to lead our concierge team. As the head of this department, you will ensure that our guests receive unparalleled service and unforgettable experiences during their stay. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the concierge department, managing staff, developing innovative services and programs, arranging high-end services for VIP guests, fostering a culture of excellence within the team, collaborating with other departments for seamless guest experiences, managing guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy, expanding a network of contacts for exclusive experiences, staying updated on luxury hospitality trends, managing budgets effectively, ensuring accurate communication of guest preferences across shifts, and representing the hotel at industry events.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in luxury hospitality with at least 3 years in a senior concierge role. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is required. Les Clefs d'Or certification is strongly preferred. Fluency in Arabic and English is necessary with additional languages being advantageous. Exceptional leadership skills, communication abilities, problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, proficiency in hotel management software tools are essential qualities we seek.
