Raffles in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team at the upcoming Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea project. As the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team in driving revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hotel industry and prior experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing in large hotels or resorts. Strong leadership skills are essential for this position as you will be guiding your team towards success. Knowledge of the Middle Eastern hospitality market is advantageous, along with fluency in written and spoken English (other languages are desirable).

Key Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years experience in similar role in the luxury hotel industry
  • Previously a Director of Sales and Marketing in a large hotel & resorts
  • Experience of Middle Eastern market in hospitality market is a plus
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (other languages desirable)
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Revenue and Loyalty concepts
  • High attention to detail in fast-paced environment
