As the Recruitment Manager at RAFFLES, you will be instrumental in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and leading a team of recruiters to attract top-tier candidates. You will also collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create effective hiring plans. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR. Experience managing a team of recruiters is essential, as well as strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
