The Role
As a Beverage Supervisor, your role is to serve the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by administering the day-to-day operations of Beverage service areas in the hotel.
All members of the Food & Beverage Department are responsible for ensuring that visitors to the hotel are delighted by the quality, creativity and variety of our food and beverage offerings in every area of the hotel, and that F&B is regarded as a strong point of differentiation for the hotel in its local market.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
Please note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. Red Sea Global Hospitality employees continuously innovate in caring for the needs of the business, their guests, and their colleagues. As a Beverage Supervisor, you will need to:
Supervising all bars, banquet beverage operations, and the Lobby Lounge to guarantee efficient, profitable functioning within the hotel's guidelines.
Maximize revenue through increased sales and efficient cost management.
Advising on updates to the beverage list periodically to ensure an original and attractive beverage offering that meets the needs of our hotel.
Stay informed of all Red Sea Global Hospitality Guest Incentive programs, and to market Beverage promotions periodically to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
Establish effective inventory, requisition, bar pars, and control systems to uphold security and cost control in all beverage operation areas.
Actively participate in all training sessions to enhance professional skills and improve guest satisfaction. Implement a daily departmental training program.
Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
Enforce Red Sea Global Hospitality’s Sanitation Checklist by having all Bar service areas inspected on a monthly basis.
Manage assets for all outlet properties and facilities.
Promote positive inter-departmental relations through open communication and cooperation.
Liaise with the Banqueting Department to support all requested events and functions.
Above all, to lead by example through a hands-on approach to motivate and inspire team members.
Perform any additional duties as required for operational smoothness.
