As a Food & Beverage Manager at Red Sea Global Hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the hotel's food and beverage department. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, managing employee performance, and driving business results. You will collaborate with other departments to enhance offerings, stay updated on competitor offerings, manage restaurant operations, supervise pricing and menu creations, ensure top sanitation standards are maintained, develop relationships with employees, conduct training programs, and lead by example to motivate team members.
Key Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in food and beverage management, strong leadership skills, knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Food & Beverage management in a luxury hotel setting
- Experience in budgeting, planning, and executing strategic marketing plans
