Senior Manager - Operations Project

As the Senior Manager - Operations Project at Red Sea Global, you will play a crucial role in collaborating closely with the Operational Readiness Director and various internal and external stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain a detailed integrated operations program using P6 software. You will be tasked with managing program progress tracking, leading weekly progress data collection meetings with stakeholders, ensuring timely preparation of reports containing accurate data, and critically analyzing progress data to identify risks and implement mitigation or corrective actions. Additionally, you will provide justifications for program variances and recommend solutions while working closely with the Technical PMO (TPMO) to prepare weekly updates on behalf of operations.
