As a Senior Manager at Red Sea Global, you will play a crucial role in the strategic contribution to the management and implementation of various Telecommunications and ICT assets across our destination. This includes overseeing projects related to DUCC, Ducts, Chambers, POP’s, and MMU’s while ensuring alignment with project timelines and meeting the requirements of business owners and stakeholders. You will also lead the system integration team by coordinating activities efficiently according to strategic project management plans, policies, and procedures. Managing the team's performance by setting priorities, objectives, providing feedback, coaching, and serving as a role model to ensure alignment with RSG's vision, mission, values, fundamentals, and corporate strategy are essential aspects of this role.
In addition to strategic contributions and leadership responsibilities, the Senior Manager will be responsible for following all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), instructions to ensure controlled and consistent work execution. You will also assist in preparing accurate functional MIS statements and reports promptly to meet corporate requirements while upholding policies and standards.
