We are currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager (Fulfillment & Delivery) to join us in overseeing operational activities within a specific geographical region.
As the Regional Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that order fulfillment and delivery processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage teams, optimize processes, and work towards meeting operational goals for both order preparation and shipment. In terms of fulfillment, you will focus on processing orders accurately from warehouses or distribution centers, improving storage and packing processes, as well as managing inventory levels to maintain product availability. When it comes to delivery, your role will involve supervising delivery teams or logistics partners, ensuring timely deliveries to customers, and monitoring logistics performance for areas of improvement.
Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing operational data to identify efficiency opportunities, preparing operational performance reports for senior management, coordinating efforts between departments such as Sales and Customer Service, guiding and training fulfillment and delivery teams, setting clear goals for performance monitoring, resolving field-related issues promptly, proposing initiatives to enhance customer experience while reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business or related fields along with at least 8 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on high-value partnerships. A proven track record of building and maintaining corporate relationships is essential for success in this role.
