As the Director of Sales at RIXOS, your main duties and responsibilities will include identifying prospective accounts, establishing goals for Key Accounts through data analysis and customer action plans. You will represent the Hotel at domestic and international fairs as per the Business/Marketing Plan. Priority in sales activities will be given to both local and international markets, with emphasis on maintaining the right market mix. Regular coordination meetings with hotel operations will be essential for exchanging information and addressing any issues that may arise.

In addition to reducing administrative workloads, you will focus on achieving personal sales/courtesy calls daily without compromising promptness in correspondence. Reporting responsibilities include transmitting weekly Call Reports to supervisors or General Managers, preparing Monthly Reports summarizing past activities, trends analysis, competitor insights, forecasts for all sales activities & production figures. You will also play a key role in executing business plans/budgets by targeting key figures from accounts/markets through proper action plans within your field of responsibility.
