As a Senior Manager at ROI-EFESO Middle East, you will play a crucial role in leading transformative projects that integrate lean manufacturing principles with cutting-edge digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies for incorporating Industry 4.0 technologies into manufacturing processes, conducting assessments of client operations, managing complex client engagements, and developing actionable solutions focused on implementation excellence.

In addition to project and client management, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute smart factory solutions, coach and mentor team members to foster a collaborative environment, identify business development opportunities with new and existing clients, conduct high-quality business analysis translating data into strategic recommendations, drive cultural and organizational change within the company culture to ensure adoption of new technologies and methods.

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 8 years of management consulting experience within manufacturing operations or industrial sectors, a proven track record of implementing Industry 4.0 solutions, expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies and smart factory technologies, strong leadership skills to inspire cross-functional teams, excellent analytical abilities focusing on data-driven decision-making, exceptional communication skills to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
