We are currently seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive market share and revenue performance by implementing proper pricing strategies and business mix management. The ideal candidate will develop an overall pricing strategy that encompasses all market segments and distribution channels while providing guidance on corporate transient negotiated pricing as well as group pricing. It is essential for the Cluster Revenue Manager to ensure effective pricing strategies are in place that reflect our product positioning and strength relative to the competition in each market.

The Cluster Revenue Manager will be responsible for producing accurate forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis, distributing forecasts promptly, updating YTD performance, and maintaining a rolling 12-month update. Additionally, the successful candidate will effectively manage inventory and pricing strategy across all distribution channels including the Brand website with a focus on lowering distribution costs and driving room nights to the branded web. The Cluster Revenue Manager will also work closely with the Area/Director of Sales to develop and update the Strategic Sales Plan.
