Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal integrity of the organization. This position demands a seasoned professional who can manage all financial aspects of the company, guarantee its financial health, and actively participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the C-Suite level. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive financial strategies, overseeing financial management and reporting processes, managing capital and investments, leading team development efforts, identifying and managing financial risks while ensuring compliance with regulations. The CFO will also need to provide strategic insights to executive management and contribute to board-level discussions on financial planning initiatives.

• The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic financial management.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting is essential.
• Over 18 years of finance experience, with at least 8 years in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
