As the Food and Beverage Manager/Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple dining halls within the camp. This includes developing comprehensive food service strategies aligned with overall objectives, managing menu planning, food production, and service delivery to ensure consistency and quality. Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will be crucial as you act as the primary point of contact for all food service-related matters. Additionally, analyzing financial performance to identify areas for improvement and enhance profitability will be key aspects of this role.

To excel in this position, candidates must possess a Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts, or a related field. With at least 10 years of experience in large-scale food service operations—preferably in a camp or remote location environment—applicants should have a proven track record of managing diverse culinary teams while catering to multiple nationalities. Holding HACCP and Food Safety Certification is essential to ensure compliance with industry standards.
