As the Area Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of sales efforts in the Central Province, focusing on new business acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding annual sales quotas by implementing a structured, results-driven sales approach. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to expand Sabre's footprint and maximize commercial opportunities. Additionally, you will proactively prospect, qualify, and convert new business leads while leading commercial negotiations to ensure profitable, long-term partnerships.

To excel in this role, you must have a relevant qualification and a proven track record in related work experience. Extensive experience in selling services/products in service industries with intensive use of technology, travel content, and airlines is required. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building credible relationships across multiple stakeholders are essential. You should also possess advanced negotiation skills and financial acumen to maximize profitability through data-driven sales planning.
