As the Senior Technical Talent Acquisition, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with Tech team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs. You will play a crucial role in evaluating job descriptions and requirements to identify specialized skills and qualifications required for various technical roles within the organization. Utilizing your expertise in sourcing techniques such as social media recruiting and Boolean search, you will source potential candidates on specialized platforms and conduct pre-screening assessments to analyze their capabilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for interviewing candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions to assess their fit with Salla's culture.

To excel in this role, you must have familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases, along with a BSc in IT or Psychology. An understanding of HR practices and labor legislation is essential, as well as technical expertise that enables you to effectively communicate job requirements for IT roles. By crafting personalized recruiting emails and staying up-to-date with new technological trends and products, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline that ensures all vacancies are filled with the right talent within the target timeline.
