As the Senior Learning and Development Specialist, your key responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging training programs and workshops, conducting needs assessments to identify skills gaps, creating innovative learning materials such as e-learning modules and instructional guides, collaborating with department heads to align L&D initiatives with business goals, implementing career development pathways and mentorship programs, evaluating program effectiveness through feedback and performance data, leveraging the latest technologies for efficient training delivery, and staying updated on industry trends for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus), a minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development (preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment), a strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to develop and execute training programs that drive performance and engagement, as well as familiarity with e-learning platforms and learning management systems.
