SASREF, a leading refinery in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Sr. Engineer, Maintenance to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance control process by developing capex and OPEX proposals for your section while monitoring expenditures to ensure optimal cost-saving measures. You will analyze OPEX spending across various sections of the MAM department, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions to prevent financial inefficiencies. Additionally, you will track monthly Accrual status to maintain zero overdue targets as per finance control procedures and report any budget deviations to stakeholders.
As the Sr. Engineer, Maintenance, you will conduct quality check audits on maintenance activities to uphold work standards and ensure operational excellence. You will also oversee all Management of Change (MOC) processes within the MAM department to guarantee timely completion before due dates. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
