We are currently seeking a People Policy & Procedure Analyst to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, review, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal standards and business requirements. You will play a key role in monitoring compliance with HR policies, facilitating audits, and working closely with HRBPs and leadership teams to ensure policy consistency across departments.
As a People Policy & Procedure Analyst, your main responsibilities will include assisting in drafting, revising, and updating HR policies to align with local labor laws and corporate strategy. You will conduct comparative benchmarking to ensure that our policies remain competitive and industry-aligned. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing policy implementation frameworks, conducting impact analyses of proposed policy changes, analyzing feedback for areas of improvement, recommending innovative solutions to streamline processes, collaborating with P & C teams on effective implementation strategies, conducting process mapping and analysis for efficiency improvements, developing change management plans for policy changes, as well as creating and maintaining a knowledge base of HR policies.
