We are currently seeking a Polyolefin Senior Operations Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing chemical process yields, qualities, operating expenses (Opex), and mass balances for process configurations of Petrochemical units. You will review engineering documents from licensors and contractors during various phases of projects, including pre-FEED, FEED, and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC). Additionally, you will develop the Operations & Reliability Management Program (ORMP) for petrochemical units, ensuring flawless project delivery and efficient operation.

As a Polyolefin Senior Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing pre-commissioning and commissioning instructions and procedures in consultation with licensors, EPC contractors, and equipment vendors. You will provide technical support to the operating team to ensure safe and efficient operation of the Polyolefin plants. Furthermore, you will optimize plant operations to enhance productivity and reliability while developing control logic for petrochemical units' operations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and engineering within the petrochemical industry.
