Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure they are within budget.
Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
Supervise and mentor the finance team.
Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and systems.
Provide financial analysis for business investment decisions.
Preferred Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Proven work 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in financial software and MS Office.
Knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations and standards is preferred.
