As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Saudi German Health, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, source, screen, and hire top talent for various roles within our organization. Your role will involve collaborating with department heads and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and role requirements accurately. You will source qualified candidates through various channels such as online platforms, social media, professional networks, job fairs, and recruitment agencies.

Key responsibilities of this role include managing job postings on internal and external platforms like LinkedIn and SGH’s career page, screening and shortlisting candidates based on job criteria and organizational fit, conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical/departmental interviews with hiring managers, managing candidate documentation while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and healthcare regulations. Additionally, you will maintain candidate databases, generate recruitment reports regularly, support the onboarding process in collaboration with other teams within the organization.

To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with at least 2-4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition. Familiarity with SCFHS licensing procedures, DataFlow processes, and international hiring practices will be advantageous.
