You will be responsible for tracking inventory items, analyzing inventory levels, and making recommendations to avoid excess stock or parts replenishment. Collaborating closely with the Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will receive direction on material procurement processes to align with department requirements and achieve set targets efficiently.

In addition to liaising with department heads to understand material requirements and develop procurement plans, you will also identify potential vendors, evaluate their pros and cons, and seek approval from the Supply Chain Planning Manager. Your role will involve analyzing past material requirements to forecast future needs accurately and recommend enhancements to the current supply chain process for cost-effectiveness and inventory control.

As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst at Saudi Railway Company, you will prepare detailed reports on logistical activities such as stock planning, allocation, inbound/outbound operations, ensuring transparency and efficiency in supply chain management.
