JOB PURPOSE
Act as a team leader to lead the accounting team to ensure that all the supporting documents are prepared and timely processing along with all invoices vouchers in accordance with company policies and procedures. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accounting Analysis


Develops and/or delivers a plan for significant aspects of audit control with guidance from senior colleagues.
Develops and tests administrative procedures to fulfill organizational needs.
Participate in managing relationships with key internal customers and act as their business partner, while typically using support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Analyzes key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the business.
Participate in managing the development and/or operation of significant aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues.
Writes and edits materials for a variety of target populations, tailoring the tone and content to match the needs and expectations of each audience.
Participate in managing a significant portion of the organization's financial management and/or control processes.
Participate in managing the development and/or operation of aspects of the internal communications system with guidance.
Participates in developing policies for area of responsibility, creating underlying procedures and monitoring their implementation within the organization

TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Equivalent
