We are currently seeking a Credit Control Manager to join our team and oversee the credit control process at SADAFCO. In this role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining the credit policy, assessing the credit worthiness of both local and international customers, managing potential bad debts, and supporting cash flow forecasting. Additionally, you will play a key role in boosting exports by establishing secure mechanisms such as letters of credit and guarantees.

As the Credit Control Manager, your key accountabilities will include updating and maintaining the company's credit policy in collaboration with sales and finance management, monitoring the credit granting process, conducting periodic credit reviews, reviewing financial reporting statements for regional cash collection forecasts, supporting the sales department in analyzing collection forecasts, communicating regularly with customers through reconciliation statements to reinforce collection policies, handling external audits on accounts receivable matters in compliance with IFRS standards, maintaining accurate bad debts provisioning in financial reports, and performing accounts reconciliation tasks such as rebate calculations.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is preferred) or a diploma in accounting. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required, with experience in FMCG being an advantage. Proficiency in Arabic and English languages (speech, writing, and reading) is essential for effective communication within our diverse team.
