We are currently seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic B2B team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and achieve growth objectives. Working across departments, you will ensure strategic plans are executed efficiently to drive business development forward. Key responsibilities include identifying and targeting potential B2B clients, qualifying leads from marketing campaigns, conducting cold calls and outreach emails, presenting company services professionally, analyzing client needs, proposing tailored marketing solutions, seeking out new market opportunities, preparing business reports, and collaborating with marketing and account management teams.

The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience as a Business Development Specialist or Sales Specialist in a B2B environment with a history of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential along with the ability to create business proposals and client presentations effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is required along with familiarity with sales performance metrics and data analysis. Preferred skills include experience in implementing strategic marketing plans, strong relationship-building expertise, familiarity with market research tools, knowledge of specific platforms such as Etimad platform for government entities, proficiency in project management software usage, and the ability to work well in teams.
