We are currently seeking a Project Manager - MEP with a strong background in project management for large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing MEP packages, including ELV works, AV-BGM, T&C, Vertical Transport, and infrastructure works. Reporting directly to the Project Director, responsibilities include overseeing Authority approval requirements in KSA, guiding in-house team members, organizing stakeholder meetings, generating reports, identifying project risks, ensuring timely resource mobilization by subcontractors, and demonstrating leadership skills.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 18-20 years of relevant experience. Specifically, we are looking for individuals with at least 10 years of experience in MEP project/package management for large-scale projects. Special skill sets such as experience in LEED projects, BIM projects, and high standard HSE & quality projects are highly desirable.
