Operation and Maintenance Interface Lead

As the Operation and Maintenance Interface Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between Siemens Mobility Design & Build (D&B) organization and the O&M company during the Defects and Liability Period (DLP) of the RMP. You will take the primary lead in coordinating DLP activities on TS assets by managing, controlling, monitoring, and reporting to clients and O&M representatives. Consulting subject matter experts when necessary to provide technical expertise for compliance with warranties, design standards, safety regulations, quality control measures, and asset integrity.

Your role will involve preparing monthly reports and documentation for stakeholders while obtaining necessary approvals before commencing work periods. Evaluating technical specifications, detailed instructions, and drawings to ensure adherence to project requirements. Additionally, you will actively participate in project-related meetings related to DLP activities by chairing discussions to facilitate information sharing among stakeholders. Efficiently scheduling and monitoring DLP activities to meet project Key Performance Indicators within agreed timescales will also be crucial responsibilities.
