We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team remotely from any location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the AdTech industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of digital advertising technologies, trends, and a successful track record in revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisitions. This pivotal role will focus on expanding our market presence and strengthening relationships with advertisers, agencies, and tech partners.

Responsibilities for this position include conducting comprehensive market research to identify business opportunities within the AdTech sector, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales goals, acquiring new clients across various sectors such as advertisers, agencies, and technology partners while maintaining long-lasting relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Moreover, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue growth through lead conversion into lasting partnerships by collaborating with internal teams to tailor AdTech solutions meeting client objectives.

The ideal applicant should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related fields along with 5+ years of experience in business development or account management within the AdTech industry. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms like programmatic buying, DSPs, SSPs as well as strong communication skills are essential. Additionally, familiarity with advanced AdTech tools (e.g., Amazon Marketing Cloud) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
