As a Waiter/Waitress at SOFITEL, your primary responsibilities will include familiarizing yourself with the outlet menu, preparing the outlet for operation, taking food and beverage orders from guests, utilizing the point-of-sales system accurately, and ensuring all sales are properly recorded. You will be expected to serve food and beverages according to established standards, clear tables efficiently, and maintain cleanliness in your assigned station at all times. Additionally, you must be flexible in meeting special requests from guests and adhere to presentation guidelines set by the Food & Beverage Manager.
The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience in a similar luxury hotel or established restaurant environment. We are looking for individuals who are fun, energetic, and passionate about hospitality. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Arabic and French is preferred.
