Operation Manager

As the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end cold chain logistics operations, managing ground operations efficiently and cost-effectively. You will lead operational teams to meet performance benchmarks and implement protocols for time- and temperature-sensitive shipments. Building strong client relationships is crucial to ensure top-notch customer service while improving operational management systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Additional qualifications such as certifications in 5S, Six Sigma, or Kaizen are highly desirable. Experience in finance-related aspects and familiarity with quality controls, KPI monitoring, budget management, and staff supervision are essential for this role. Knowledge of Dataloggers for temperature data recording and ensuring proper conditioning during transportation is also required.
