Sales Manager

First Vignette Collection, located within the Carliton Almoaibed Hotel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is currently looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager at First Vignette Collection, you will be instrumental in driving sales and exceeding targets to maximize occupancy of hotel rooms, meeting suites, and banquet halls. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include selling hotel room nights through direct client contact, maintaining visibility in major market areas through various forms of communication, and achieving personal and team sales goals. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing strategic sales plans to enhance profitability by increasing average rates, overall occupancy, business volume during off-peak periods, and improving the hotel's image within the local community.

To excel in this role, we require that you possess a Bachelor's degree along with at least 4 years of experience working in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing settings. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for effective communication with clients. Other languages are considered advantageous. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with local community representatives as well as participate actively in forecasting sales goals while contributing to annual budget processes.
