As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SSCL, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's business goals and workforce planning needs. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Your focus will be on ensuring the quality and timeliness of hires while fostering relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other talent sources to attract qualified candidates.

In addition to your recruitment responsibilities, you will also contribute to enhancing SSCL's employer brand through social media engagement, career fair participation, and involvement in university recruitment initiatives. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with HR and team leaders to provide new hires with the necessary support and mentorship during their initial period with the company. By tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and employee retention rates, you will identify areas for improvement within the talent acquisition process.
