We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a Business Development Associate at Stellar Hunters, you will be responsible for client management and business development activities. Your primary role will involve identifying new business opportunities within target industries and regions, contributing significantly to the growth of our organization through strategic account management and talent acquisition expertise.

Your responsibilities will include proactively pursuing new business opportunities through client acquisition and outreach efforts. You will follow up on qualified leads provided by our Sales Development team, conducting initial conversations to understand client needs and assess their alignment with our services. Additionally, you will deliver compelling presentations tailored to address specific client challenges while engaging in consultative discussions to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.

Collaboration with internal teams is essential as you work closely with Sales Development specialists to provide feedback on lead quality and ensure timely follow-ups on all opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, tracking client interactions, deal progress, and preparing regular reports for the Business Development Partner.

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the recruitment, HR, or professional services industry. A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is essential along with strong presentation skills and market research capabilities.
