We are currently seeking a Head of Sales to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. As the Sales Head for KSA, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, leading business development efforts, and achieving revenue targets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role requires a deep understanding of the regional market, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders including CXOs and CIOs. You will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure across sectors such as healthcare, smart cities, utilities, BFSI, and enterprise.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with other departments like marketing, pre-sales, and services to deliver a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will represent the company at external activities in KSA including corporate events and forums while building key relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). As a leader within the organization, you will manage and mentor the local sales team to ensure consistent performance aligned with business objectives while continuously gathering market intelligence to refine growth strategies.
