As an Operation & Maintenance Engineer at SUEZ Expertise in Saudi Arabia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of water treatment plants by reviewing daily reports to guarantee compliance with contractual and technical specifications. You will be responsible for presenting monthly operations reports to the Line Manager and providing technical support and analysis to the team as needed. Collaborating with sub-contractors for the supply of consumables and addressing technical and safety issues with operational staff are key aspects of this role.
In addition, you will document and investigate all incidents occurring in the plant, interact with sub-contractors for refuse removal when necessary, monitor plant performance metrics such as running hours and equipment efficiency, and oversee the training of your team. Your role will also involve monitoring process data closely to identify any areas for improvement or optimization.
