Operation & Maintenance Engineer

Suez International, a leading environmental services company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operation & Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As an Operation & Maintenance Engineer at Suez International, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include reviewing daily lab reports to ensure compliance with specifications, presenting monthly reports to the Line Manager, providing technical support to the team as needed, and interacting with subcontractors for the supply of consumables. You will also be responsible for monitoring plant performance metrics such as running hours and process results, managing all operation staff (both internal and subcontracted), defining operation instructions, and optimizing plant operations.

We are looking for a candidate who holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical) with 4-7 years of experience in the field. Knowledge of processes such as Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Seawater desalination is essential. A valid driving license is required for this role along with maintenance knowledge and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
