Regional Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Role: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Riyadh

Industry: Furniture Fittings

Salary: 30 - 32,000 SAR + Benefits

Responsibilities:
- Achieving Targets: Consistently achieve targets in terms of coverage, sales, and numeric distribution.
- Building: Drive project sales and dealer sales initiatives.
- Work closely with the Head Office to manage priorities.
- Performance Meetings: Conduct monthly sales meetings to comprehensively report and update on sales progress, revenue planning, and receivables collection.
- Reporting: Prepare plans and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Team Management: Adhere & implement company rule, policies, and standard to team.
- Customer Development: Develop direct OEM (Furniture manufacturer) relationships and support distributors for small orders.
- Networking: Maintain a robust network of architects, builders, contractors, and OEMs.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management roles
• Experience in managing a regional sales team
• Minimum of 8 years in Sales Management in Building Materials, Furniture Fittings, or Architectural Hardware preferred.

• - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• - Strong leadership abilities
• - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• - Strong salesmanship skills to manage sales and distributors independently.
• - Ability to sell the brand and increase market share.
• - Strong drive, mindset of continuous improvement, results-oriented, and accountable.
• - Skilled in sales and profit management with a sound understanding of financial metrics.
• - Skill in managing both internal and external stakeholders.
• - Excellent communication skills.
• - Fluency in Arabic & English is a must.
