We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to join our team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving new client discussions and proposal development beyond our existing client base. Key responsibilities include defining strategic goals, identifying new business opportunities, managing stakeholder relationships, developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, conducting market research, generating sales projections, creating financial models and proposals, setting KPIs for the business development team, attending industry events for lead generation purposes, and overseeing the full-cycle sales process.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in a similar role within management consultancy or professional services. They should possess extensive experience in sales development and client negotiations within a large global organization. A Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, information technology or related field is required. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for this role. The successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment while being able to juggle multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this position along with the ability to work autonomously while appreciating guided coaching and collaborative teamwork.
