We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to join our team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for all new client discussions and proposal development beyond our current client list. Key responsibilities include defining strategic goals, identifying new business opportunities, managing stakeholder expectations, developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, coordinating research on market insights, generating sales projections and revenue forecasts, creating financial models and proposals, setting KPIs for the business development team, attending industry events for lead generation purposes, and managing the full-cycle sales process.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of proven experience in a similar position within management consultancy or professional services in a Business Development function. They should possess extensive experience in sales development and client negotiations within a large global organization. A Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, information technology or related field is required. Additionally, fluency in English and Arabic is essential for this role. The successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple priorities autonomously while appreciating guided coaching and collaborative teaming. Strong communication skills, effective influencing abilities, excellent networking capabilities, knowledge of best practices in knowledge management, and strategic thinking are crucial competencies for this position.
