As the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for defining strategic goals, identifying new business opportunities, and managing stakeholder expectations. You will develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, oversee growth projects, and coordinate research on market insights and industry trends. Additionally, you will generate sales projections, create financial models, and prepare proposals for review by senior leadership. Setting KPIs for the business development team and attending professional conferences for lead generation will also be key aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in a similar position within management consultancy or professional services. Strong sales development skills and client negotiation experience in a large global organization are essential. A Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, information technology or related field is required. Fluency in English and Arabic is necessary for effective communication within our Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, work autonomously while appreciating guidance when needed, possess excellent communication skills, be adept at networking and sharing knowledge, and have a clear understanding of the latest knowledge management practices.
