Senior Manager, Business Development

TAM is a Saudi publicly listed company, specialized in digital solutions and advisory services for public and private sector clients. The Senior Manager, Business Development will be responsible for defining strategic goals, identifying new business opportunities, managing stakeholder expectations, developing a network of contacts, coordinating research on market insights, generating sales projections, creating financial models and proposals, setting KPIs for the team, attending industry events for lead generation, managing sales process and negotiations. The role requires 9+ years of experience in management consultancy with strong sales development skills. A Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required.
