As an Oracle HRMS Application Business Analyst at TCS, you will play a crucial role in leading requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and document functional requirements. Your responsibilities will include analyzing existing Oracle applications and processes to identify enhancement opportunities, designing and implementing solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite while ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle solutions across various departments seamlessly.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions and user documentation to facilitate system adoption within the organization.
