**Job Description:**

As the Project Manager at TCS, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project lifecycles from initiation to closure. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the business team and Business Analysts to discuss requirements outlined in the Terms of Reference (TOR). You will facilitate obtaining sign-offs for Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Solution Design (SSD), as well as conducting technical meetings with the development team to craft effective solutions. Additionally, you will liaise with IT risk teams for assessments, coordinate budget approvals through the PMO for Purchase Requests (PR), and work closely with IT Delivery Leads to outline development plans and timelines for testing phases.

Your expertise in Software Project Management coupled with experience in the Banking domain or related areas like Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanction processes will be highly valued. Furthermore, your role extends to ensuring successful System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), securing Information Security Management (ISM) approvals, and orchestrating seamless project go-live events before formally closing out projects upon receiving necessary confirmations.
