Position Title: Director of Food and Beverage


Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

MRG Global is delighted to be partnering with our client, for the appointment of Director of F&B.
This pivotal role will involve coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless execution as well as managing budgets and resources efficiently to involvement in ensuring that every in-house event & outside catering are executed flawlessly.


Overview:



Areas of responsibility are Food & Beverage, Banqueting, and catering service operations. The role requires a dedicated leader who can deliver exceptional service and unforgettable experiences for the guests. Working within the esteemed planning committee team, anticipating challenges before they arise and implementing effective solutions. Previous experience managing and leading a team of over 200 people while prioritising Food & Beverage operations.


Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management
7-10 years experience in Hospitality
Strong understanding of culinary, restaurants and bars business operations in a hotel environment
Previous experience as Director of Food and Beverage and catering background to support the leadership team in a high visibility hotel with all operational components.
Evidence of a strong work ethic and high-energy individual.
Proactive influencer of future direction of business, vision and product of the hotel
Effective communicator
Strong follow up skills.
