We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Experience Design to lead the creative vision, strategy, and delivery of multiple experiences across our subsidiary brands such as Akun, Galaxea, WAMA, and our events company.
As the Senior Manager of Experience Design, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the needs of our partners, guests, and customers to translate them into actionable creative strategies. Your responsibilities will include defining the conceptual direction of experiences from proof of concept to execution and growth strategies. Collaboration across disciplines will be essential to ensure the delivery of compelling experiences that align with our brand values of creativity, user-centricity, accessibility, and diversity.
In this leadership role, you will work closely with hotel partners to tailor experience menus for their guests while ensuring they reflect the unique positioning of each property or project. You will be responsible for identifying exclusive experiences for each hotel based on brand fit or location and working with Asset Management teams to secure operational overheads. Additionally, you will stay abreast of global experiential trends to adapt our offerings as necessary and maximize growth opportunities for our brands.
