As the HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering employee relations, and maintaining compliance with local labor laws. Your responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to conducting interviews and assisting with the hiring process. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and facilitating onboarding activities for new hires to ensure they understand company policies and culture.

In addition to recruitment and onboarding, you will serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely solutions to maintain a positive work environment. You will also support the performance appraisal process by tracking employee progress against key performance indicators and assisting in creating individual development plans.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring all HR practices comply with Saudi labor laws and regulations while staying up-to-date with any changes in legislation. You will assist in payroll administration by tracking attendance and leaves, as well as coordinating benefits programs such as health insurance and leave entitlements. Additionally, you will help identify training needs within the organization and coordinate employee development programs that align with business objectives.
