We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager - Sustainability to lead sustainability and environmental initiatives for a major program in Riyadh, KSA. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop, deliver, and assure sustainability and net-zero strategies across projects throughout the asset lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include supporting effective project delivery to achieve performance targets, developing technical capabilities, implementing client corporate responsibility strategies, and embedding sustainability principles into all aspects of project delivery.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject with professional qualifications from a recognized institution. You should have experience delivering sustainability consultancy support for clients, including areas such as energy and carbon (net-zero emissions), water management, waste reduction, circular economy practices, and biodiversity conservation. Additionally, knowledge of environmental legislation and sustainability issues in the region is essential. Experience working on real estate and infrastructure projects along with familiarity with net-zero roadmaps and strategies will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills are necessary for engaging with clients and stakeholders on global sustainability issues.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering Sustainability consultancy support for clients, including energy and carbon management, water conservation, waste management, circular economy practices, and biodiversity initiatives.
• Experience working on real estate and infrastructure projects with a focus on sustainability throughout the project lifecycle.

• - Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver work in line with client requirements
• - Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders on sustainability initiatives
• - In-depth knowledge of environmental legislation and sustainability issues in the region
• - Experience working on net zero roadmaps and strategies, including carbon assessment and reporting
• - Familiarity with sustainability accreditation methods such as LEED, Estidama, and WELL standards
